Asolace Referral Program
Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
The Asolace Referral Program (“Program”) is offered by Asolace LLC (“Asolace,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to reward individuals who refer new clients to Asolace’s website development and digital marketing services. By participating in the Program, referrers (“Participant,” “Referrer,” or “you”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions as well as Asolace’s general policies available at asolace.com/privacy-policy, asolace.com/terms-condition, and asolace.com/terms-of-service.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age.
Participation is voluntary and open to both existing clients and new participants.
Self-referrals are permitted.
3. Referral Qualification
A referral is considered valid only when:
- The referred client (“Client”) enters into a signed agreement with Asolace for:
- A website development project with a minimum project value of $2,000, or
- An SEO/digital marketing service with a minimum monthly commitment of $2,000.
- The Client’s payment has been received in full and successfully cleared.
- The referral was submitted prior to the Client signing an agreement with Asolace.
Asolace reserves the right to verify the referral source, client relationship, and transaction validity before approving any reward.
4. Reward and Payment
Referrers will receive a 10% commission based on the total project value or the first month’s SEO/digital marketing payment.
Payments will be made through Stripe payout one month after the referred Client’s payment is fully cleared.
There is no limit to the number of referral rewards a participant may earn.
All tax obligations resulting from rewards are the sole responsibility of the Referrer.
5. Program Duration
The Program runs until December 31, 2025, unless terminated or modified by Asolace in accordance with Section 6.
6. Modification and Termination
Asolace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
If the Program is terminated, ongoing projects that have already been referred and accepted will continue to receive their eligible rewards.
Any modification to these Terms will be communicated directly to active Referrers prior to taking effect.
7. Verification and Disqualification
All referrals are subject to verification and vetting by Asolace.
Asolace reserves the right to:
- Disqualify any Referrer or referral deemed fraudulent, misleading, or inconsistent with Asolace’s values or brand representation.
- Accept or reject any referral at its sole discretion.
- Withhold or revoke payments if a referral violates these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Referrer Conduct
Referrers must act in good faith and may not misrepresent Asolace’s services, pricing, or policies.
Unauthorized advertising, spamming, or false claims made on behalf of Asolace are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from the Program.
9. Liability and Limitations
Asolace shall not be liable for any loss, claim, or damage resulting from participation in the Program.
No guarantees are made regarding potential income or project acceptance.
Participation does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the Referrer and Asolace.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
